Enterprise are responsible believe it or not. PM me if you want me to advise them of the law. Further, I am happy to represent  them.

We are a hire firm is NOT a ground in this legislation. Ask for your money back too.

PM sent.

Apologies, newbie here.  :)

I was driving a hire car so I received the notice via Enterprise. It appears that Enterprise haven't paid it, so I believe I am free to challenge. Here are the PCN details, below:

1) the letter from Enterprise

2) the PCN details from the LBHF website

I was in the right-hand lane and couldn't see the signage, only realised it was a bus lane at the last moment, tried to move into the left lane, but was boxed out by a van.

Hi all - Should I appeal this PCN, given there appears to be an extensive history of appeals and strong evidence of inadequate signage at this location?

This topic (https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/hammersmith-and-fulham-being-in-a-bus-lane-shepherds-bush-rd-southbound-offside-/msg20795/#msg20795) is incredibly interesting to read, and it seems to be just one of many about the same bus lane.

Any advice or guidance is very much appreciated!
