I've read it all through but never thought my employer is actually not on V5 :-(

Hi Nip issued 21 days after offence.
I was caught by speed camera going 26mph on 20mph speed limit. I drive company van that is leased. 
-Offence 18/09/25 location A308 Thames St nr Church St E/B TW12 (9846)
-Nip received 09/10/2025 by my employer (registered keeper)
As this nip was issued 21 days after the offence I believe it doesen't meet 14 day rule.
Will that be the grounds to challenge this ticket?
