Are the name and address correct on the charge certificate.

The next step an order for recovery to which you can make a witness statement saying you din't get the PCN and the process is automatically reset and they can reissue the PCN.
Title: Dart charge. Charge certificate. Dartford Tunnel

In August, I drove from Nottingham to Paris for the first time. I logged on to pay the Dartford Tunnel fee but due to the time difference I just missed it. So I knew I’d be expecting a letter and I’d pay £35 fine. The £35 letter never arrived. The vehicle owner received this letter yesterday requesting £107. It’s not fair because we’ve not had the opportunity to pay the £35. Please help me either waive the charge/pay the original dart fee or pay the £35 . https://imgpile.com/p/oNAhAfW
