Hey! Thanks so much for your response.
Ah, that's unfortunate. The reason I had stopped was because the specialist wanted me to check if the practice could see him right away for a procedure (or if not then as soon as possible), and it is a bit difficult to get through on the phone. If they had given us a time right then I'd have moved the car of course, but I never did have the intention of leaving it there for more than 5 minutes.

It's a goods vehicle bay and that's also stated on the PCN.
I can't see anything but a polite ask for discretion.
If you'd collected urgent meds or something that could help mitigation but appointments can be made by phone.

Hi John,
Thanks for your quick and helpful response.
When you said unredacted, I wasn't sure if as per the forum rules you wanted me to share the registration of the car too - I have grayed the reg no out - but nothing else is crossed out. But please let me know if I've misunderstood.
For photos of the evidence provided by the council, front and back of PCN please visit:

For GSV please view:

In the images I shared - I've shown two aerial static map views - one labelled in red as evidence (from the council) which shows how the location mapped by the officer is a bit of a distance away from the practice where my car was stopped. Almost as if he was trying to conceal himself. And I've shared another aerial view showing a pointer in front of the dental practice. In any case, not sure if that's helpful.
Thanks again for your continued support.

As usual, for meaningful advice

and post up here both sides of the unredacted PCN,
any council photos,
and a GSV link to the location.

Hi there,
I'm new here, so apologies if this has been answered and I've missed a previously similar case. Long story short, I had taken my son to a specialist for a dental issue and the specialist asked me to visit our normal dental practice to book an urgent appointment for my son. This loading bay is right in front of our routine dental practice.
I literally stopped the car in this loading area for 2 minute - to walk inside to the dental surgery and book an appointment, and after 2 minutes the traffic officer was taking pictures. I told him that I hadn't even been here for 2-3 minutes and that the only reason I stopped here for a few momements was to book an urgent appointment for my child, and I'm literally leaving now, but he said: "sorry - I've already printed the ticket." There was another car parked in that loading bay before me - clearly for a while - but he issued my ticket first and let the other lady go - who had also arrived just in the knick of time.
Is there anything I can do to appeal this? Thank you in advance for all your support. I know any help is a favour to me, so beggers can't be chosers, but I only have 7 days left to appeal or pay a discounted rate. I only just found this forum.
Kind regards again.
