Unfortunately it's not an area we are familiar with.
Wifi turned right onto the high street from Caledon Road (if you go back on google maps, it's the street with Halifax bank on the corner). If she had seen the sign / eye level, i belive she would have turned off again just before the sign. I belive she just followed the cars in front.

If this dosnt work, would you be able to advise on another site i may be able to use to upload images please?

Many thanks

Well, they are now there, but definition is poor, so we can't go and see the video, as PCN Number and Car Reg are barely readable.

The other thing is on my GSV,  Caulfield Road has no junction with High Street North !
OK, have now found it!

So how come you managed to pass the two prominent signs ?
Are you in any of the permitted categories on the sign ?

Good morning, first time user on this site.

The Mrs received a moving Traffic PCN on high street north London E6 / Caulfield rd E6.

Hefty charge or £160 or £80 if paid with 14 days.

Not sure whether this is something that can be appealed as it's dead on, however, I don't believe there was a sign prior to this to advise of the forthcoming restrictions.

Would this be possible to appeal or go ahead and pay the fine?
