The PCN seems to be compliant, therefore you're left with the facts of the case, which are:

On *** I parked at the car park for the purpose of taking my ** year-old childto a ***** appointment;
At *** I purchased ** hours' parking which expired at ***;
..what happened which caused the delay returning to your car...

Hi everyone!

Bury Council Parking Ticket

Bury Council
Code 82 - Parked after the expiry of paid for time
Castle Leisure Centre Car Park

Came back to the car 15m after the expiry of my ticket as my child had a medical appointment and they had run late. I came across the parking attendant and he handed me the ticket.
So do I pay the £25 in the next few days or appeal?
