Their video shows your wife's car proceeding without any hesitation past the clear signs. So what is the story ? These are timed restrictions so has she gone this way before, but outside the restricted times ?

GSV needs updating, because whilst an approach along St Dunstans Road has a warning sign, (GSV September 2024), we cannot check a head-on approach of your wife along Ratcliff Road because GSV's last view along here is March 2022, well before the restriction came into effect.

So, in summary, your wife doesn't have a strong case on the contraventioni itself, but there may be a techical appeal argument based on council mismanagement of the enforcement process. Our Hippocrates specialises in these, so hope fully he will contribute, but you should be aware that appeals of this nature invariably end up at London Tribunal with the full PCN penalty in play.

Dear Sirs

Wife went through a pedestrian zone and received a PCN from a camera enforcement.

She was 8 mins too early according to the time stamp on the PCN.

Is there any technicality that we can fight this on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
