Title: Re: PCN 01 Parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours

Send them these screenshots from their traffic order map and say the contravention did not occur as it's a resident parking bay.

Ask them to take out the yellow line and repaint the bay markings.

Please post up a Google Street View link.

At first sight there appears to be yellow lines between sections of the barking bays. Presumably to protect the vehicle crossovers.

Are you saying that this yellow line is running through a painted parking bay?

Yes yellow line running through a painted parking bay.

Barnet Council
Parking in a  restricted street during prescribed hours. (residence bay during prescribed restricted time 2-3pm Monday-Friday)
Redbourne Avenue  N3
The person was parked within a resident permit holders only bay at 2.36pm with valid "CE"residence permit(annual digital permit zone "CE").

New CEOs seem to incorrectly judge this to be a yellow line and not a resident permit bay due to a yellow line running through the residence parking bay.
The signage is at low level and the resident bay is faded and hard to distinguish the white road markings.  CEO either ignored or missed the signage.

This is the third time they have incorrectly received a PCN whilst parked in the exact same residence bay allways parked in the same residence bay with valid permit. Both times  they have appealed and it was refused. They have contacted the council multiple time to notify the white painted bays need to be renewed.

They have parked 100s of time in this location without issue.

Sorry unable to work out how to attached pictures so have shared links below.
