Should I reply and say that I didn't actually park my car and was sat in my running vehicle.

Here's the back of PCN letter (https://ibb.co/3m4w9phT)

There was no other signage that I could see, other than the 'customers only' signs around the car park.

Yes, there most likely will be other signs with more details.
If not, this would be for your benefit.

Please post the rear of the PCN. Is that the only signage?

Also, is it possible to get photos of the signage?

Please post the PCN, and get out of you head that it is a fine - it is a speculative invoice from a parking co for an alleged breach of contract.
Title: Smart Parking fine

Hi,

I received a fine at OK Diner (Wales service station) from Smart Parking. Signage is up which states customer use only (which I assume your reg plate had to be entered inside).

I literally used the bathroom and images show my vehicle with arrival/exit times from 10:47 - 10:57.

Do I have any grounds for appeal?
