Having looked at the PCN, I see this is one we have seen a few times before. Not sure if any appeals at London Tribunal were won, as it's some time ago, but I think there was at least one win.

Thank you Incandescent. I think the singnage is very confusing and not visible. I appealed this PCN last night. Let's see what happens. It's £160 fine which is shockingly high for what it is.

Hi guys,
I need your help with my PCN. Can someone advise if I have any grounds to appeal it, please? Today is the last day I can do that.
The blue sign to the right is almost invisible with the tree covering it. I intuitively took the bus lane exit to join the main road. It's a tricky one and I can imagine I am not the only one who got this wrong.
I'll be grateful for any help received.
