It's not your choice to infer that simply because the website has your PCN and a free field for your input that you can disregard the adjudicator's decision and the clear statement from the council in their letter dated 9 Sept. that you are required to pay.
There is no procedural option to make representations to the council after an adjudicator's decision, so what you might be contemplating is outside procedure.
It's your choice.
You have 28 days, presumably from 9 Sept. to pay or risk the 50% surcharge and possibly worse.

Hello,
Just checked the portal and it will still let me make a representation. I believe anyway, without actually pressing the button to make one yet.

Cheers.

OP, you have posted the adjudicator decision that the council may continue to enforce the PCN, but I see nothing that says you can submit representations, so where is this in your posted documents ?
The only thing I see is that on the third screen capture, the latest two entries shows 6th Aug 2025 "revert to pre-Charge Certificate", then on 9th September 2025, "Off Hold Compensate". So if this now allows you to submit another representation, then show us a screen capture of their webpage permitting entry of reps.
I would be very surprised if Sheffield allow you to submit any more representations in view of the unequivocal decision of the TPT adjudicator that the council can proceed to enforce the PCN and which tells you to pay the £50. Adjudication is the end of the process, there being no further stage.

Many thanks for your reply!!
As I have the ability to appeal it one more time with the council, do you not recommend that I have one last stab? I think the severity of the contravention is very minor - de minimis.
Let me know your thoughts.

The owner presumed to be the registered keeper is liable for the PCN.
From what I can see, the case went to the tribunal and you are directed to pay the PCN (£50). If you don't it will escalate.
Suggest you pay and put it behind you.

Hello All,
Received a PCN by Sheffield city in 2023 Code 86 for Not being parked correctly within the markings of a bay or space.
As its been such a long time there has been many a appeal, TE traffic forms etc. I think during my first 2 appeals I basically said that it was my mum who parked the car (didn't mention any details) and that due to other cars in front and behind being poorly parked it meant that was as close we could parallel park the car at the time AND we were not impeding or blocking any other vehicle at the time. my mum has since also fought the ticket on her end and mentioned she was in fact the driver of the vehicle at the time of the contravention. I don't know how I could find all the back and forth between us and the council. My mum also filled TE forms and it went to adjudication, in my name?
I work in oxford and sometimes don't go home for 2 weeks to a month at a time and missed the letters recently for the adjudication session. it went to adjudication and I missed my chance to make a representation. now it has been reduced to the original amount. I can now further appeal on the councils portal
unsure as to how to proceed.
Please let me know if you need anything else from me.
