PM sent. Use point 2 here:

https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/fake-pcn-recording-or-croydon-council-mistake-!/msg85368/#msg85368

Please make sure the exact wording applies to your PCN after "If......"

I’ll attempt an appeal, got my dad’s one cancelled by purely stating all the road closures in Hackney causing issues and confusion. Fingers crossed.

There isn't anything here on the contravention which is made out, but may be something on website/PCN wording but don't think so.

I have received this PCN sadly. I am new to PHV driving and to make the amount needed to pay this after costs, would take 6 hours on a good day.

I didn’t see the sign, although they’re probably there. Hackney council has reduced access to a number of roads since Covid. They’re also currently adding a bus gate to a main road at the end of Mare Street which has caused significant traffic.

Is there anything I can do with this PCN?

As always, your help is much appreciated.

Thank you
