Update: they cancelled it acknowledging they took took long to reply! Bit stressful but worked out

Well done. How long?

A good result then. how many would have just rolled over and paid it?
Like about 95% or more ! No wonder councils love traffic enforcement so much. At the levels of London PCN penalties, just getting the discount earns them millions.

Thanks! Is it worth submitting via email again, considering their track record?

As for the reps, the same template as before will suffice? Do I have to use their set grounds for representation on the other side of the EN?

Thanks
After what's gone on, I'd be a bit nervous about relying on email alone. I would send an email, but also send the form, and tell them in the email that due to their extreme tardiness in responding, and your consequent doubt about their management of emailed representations, you have also submitted the reps using their form enclosed with the EN.

Basically, don't ignore the EN, submit your reps again. Check your address is correct on the EN. All bus lane PCNs under the LLA Act 1996 are winnable at London Tribunals, but I'll let Hippocrates explain it.

I received a PCN on 26/04/2025 for allegedly being in a bus lane in Yeading Lane, Northolt.

In hindsight, yes, I should have posted here first. Frankly, I forgot about this forum (since the move from pepipoo) and thought to give it a go

I went to challenge online, however there was an error:

I had to resort to appealing via email in the PCN (26/04/20205). See email chain:

Weeks went by and no reply, I did log into the website to view but status always showed “Issued” with outstanding “£80.00”. I sent them follow up emails with no response, 10th June and 30th July. No way to call either.

Eventually after following up for the last time almost 3 months later, I sent an appeal online. I didn’t want to be hit it anything unexpected since my email was never acknowleged and I never received any response in the post.

Today, 09/09/2025 I received an enforcement notice.

I've had no reply to either of my appeals, and I’m being served an enforcement notice nearly 5 months later. This feels very unfair!

What is the best way to approach this?

Thanks in advance
