Hi I've been sent a parking charge date of issue 13/08/2025 but received when I was holiday ( left on 24th August) amount is £100 unless paid within 28 days it's £60. There was no clear signage and it was confusing . Parking was paid at drop off. I at some unknown spot for 55 seconds which I may have entered accidentally as I couldn't see anywhere that I couldn't . Any advice of how to challenge this will be appreciated thank you.
