The Newham video shows the car sailing past the two flying motorcycle signs on the corners of Ordnance Road at its junction with Malmesbury Road and the turn right only arrow (into Malmesbury Rd). Since the camera is situated in front of the car you can only see the backs of the signs on one side. The signs on the other side are hidden from the camera by the scaffolding, but visibility is unobstructed in the direction you were travelling.
This seems to be a temporary prohibition to facilitate various building works in the area and it was introduced 2-3 months ago. I'm not sure if any cases have reached the Tribunal yet.
Newham will usually reoffer the discount if representations received within the discount window is rejected. So it's always worth having a go.

We prefer one case per thread but have a check on the tribunal for cases at the locations first for any allowed cases.
There are two main ideas - the contravention (such as poor signage) and PCN/website wording issues common to other PCNs.
Havering does not reoffer the discount on rejection, which is a factor to consider.

Hi guys,
Posting on behalf of a friend here, who was not the driver.
The driver has received 2 moving traffic PCNs, one from havering and one from Newham. I thought collating them into one post would be better for clutter reasons.
Both look pretty BTR to me, but maybe one of you know any loophole that could be used to get them cancelled?
