I did miss the first sign, yes.

And I was following satnav instructions. But that's not an excuse, is it?
I'm afraid not, but it tells me you were not really concentrating on the signs you pass as you obey the satnav instructions. As already said, no wins at adjudication for the past two years. I fear the discount is your best option unless Hippocrates knows something about their we pages for payinmng/appealing.

There isn't a single allowed appeal here although a search doesn't give anything in the past 2 years so a different location wording may be needed to find anything.

Only hope really is if our member Hippo has anything on Ealing's PCN/website wording.

I had a look at this earlier, but you hadn't posted a full-info PCN, so held off. However, assuming it is your car, GSV shows a clear No Left Turn sign, albeit only one. The council have clearly recognised this is an unusual restriction, so have place a Right Turn Only sign in advance of the junction, plus a CCTV symbol: -

Presumably you missed both signs ? Or maybe chanced your arm hoping...? In your favour is that on arrival at the T-junction, there is only the NLT sign, with no carriageway arrow indicating direction. I have to say that if this were at London Tribunals, I think you'd lose, unless you can tell us more.

Were you following satnav instructions ?

I have reconsidered and am posting the full PCN number, date and vehicle registration because I need some advice please.

I managed to see the images and video on viewmypcn.co.uk, it only showed them after I entered an email address.

There is also a video showing the car turning left. I wasn't able to download that easily.

I got an error from viewmypcn.co.uk at one point, in case that's helpful:

I requested the photo and video evidence from viewmypcn.co.uk, it said it could take up to 24 hours but it's been that long and not appeared yet. Is that common?

Vehicle is photographed appearing to turn left where there is a "no left turn" sign.

Alleged time of the incident is between 13:00 and 14:00 in the afternoon on 24th August.

Sorry I've redacted more than the advice says, but I don't want to risk sharing identifiable information.

It's not clear to me why a left turn is not allowed here. If I was faced with this junction and I wanted to turn left, and if it was safe to do so, I would probably have.

I've requested the images and video from viewmypcn.co.uk and will attach them when they become available.

Thanks
