As usual, for meaningful advice please to have a read of
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

and post here all sides of the PCN (only redact yr name & address -leave all else in),
a GSV link to the location,
and the video, as this last is the evidence..

If its the location I suspect it is, there have been a number of successful appeals, but H&F have a habit of moving signs about, which is why we need to see what you can see.

Received a PCN today from Hammersmith and Fulham. Wondering if it is worth challenging and if there is any advice on the grounds I should use to challenge?

I feel that from the photos and my memory of the road conditions - i.e. that it is an incredible busy auction with multiple signage, that unusually the bus lane tappers in from the right(?) and that it is such a short bus lane - Further that the signage at least in the photos is at the point of the bus lane starting and potentially obscured by high sided traffic?

Interested in a guidance - looking on here and generally Sonline understand this particular contravention has been described as 'notorious' and somewhere else that this particular offence at this location accounts for a very high number of PCNs in Fulham? Sure that in itself is showing that the signage is inadequate?
