Please see full charge certificate below.
The CEO did not hand me the PCN neither did I receive it in the post.

It is only necessary to redact your name and address where present. Please leave everything else visible, including the PCN number and the vehicle reg. Did the CEO hand you the PCN at the time?

Hi,
Received a Charge Certificate from Barnet.
Was parked on a double yellow however managed to get to my car as PCN was being issued the traffic officer told me not to worry as he was going to cancel the PCN. Didn't hear anything or receive the PCN until received a charge certificate.
Any advice would be grateful.
