Should I just cough up then? The 14 day period to appeal is about to lapse.

I have a PCN from Midlothian but after having checked the signage, I wonder if this PCN is valid? The signage does not give an indication of "restricted hours". The ticket tells me that the car was observed during 09:15 to 09:23 on Saturday 30th August 2025.

I was parked where you see the silver car parked although that's not my car.

The signage does not give an indication of restricted hours.

Just wondering if i should appeal this PCN and on what grounds or if I should just pay up. I literally just got this ticket this morning.

Thanks
