You won't find it in history. But try this if you haven't already.

Goto https://haringey.tarantoportal.com/PCNs/ using the same web browser and same device you used to get in last time.
Move the mouse pointer to the left side of of the PCN number box.
Left click the mouse.

Using MS Edge or Chrome it should bring up a list box, a list of autofill suggestions. The top one should be marked last used. Make a note of the PCN number. Or screenshot the whole page. Do not click the x at the top left of the list box as that will delete the box.

The car is a courtesy car from insurance claim. The car hire is in my details.

Let's go back to the start pl, we should check whether in fact your car is subject to a hiring agreement as opposed to a lease.

Is it hired i.e. for a period not exceeding 6 months, or is it leased i.e. any longer period?

In either case, is the hirer/lessee you by name?

Yes i have tried calling Haringey council customer service, I was told they have no parking department to answer queries unless i send a post to an address in sheffield which is on their website.

No email whatsoever also, very ridiculous.

The Hire company said they’ll charge me admin fee and fill the form online adding me as the driver. Then the Nto would be passed on to me.

My question now is, is this still appealable after i receive the Nto?

Also, when they eventually send the charge certificate and it’s passed on to me, can i appeal normally at that stage? maybe with you guys help?

The next stage is not a charge certificate, but the NtO (Notice to Owner) which will bw sent to the Hire Company. This can be challenged, but by the Registered Keeper. What do the Hire Co's T&C say about PCNs?

Have you tried phoning Haringey and asking what PCNs are outstanding against the car's VRM for that particular day and the PCN number? I would n't mention the web-site. I thinkl you could manage without the physical PCN.

I am not sure, but I think the terms on Haringey's website which you quote could be deemed ultra vires, but that's a question for another day.

Yes I did display the clock. I parked around 10pm and ticket was given at 10:52pm.

Unfortunately my browser did not catch the pcn info.

I sincerely don’t know how i lost it, i took it from the car and kept it in my shopping bag. Only to get home and couldn’t find it.

This has happened to me before with other councils, and all you had to do was just called their parking team with date and registration number.
Don’t know why Haringey council has made it difficult to get this.

Also, when they eventually send the charge certificate and it’s passed on to me, can i appeal normally at that stage? maybe with you guys help?

How did you lose the PCN? You say you've already checked online - see if your browser has retained the details.

If you can't retrieve it and they won't give you the PCN number by say email you can ask the hire company to make reps naming you to reissue the PCN and then you can make reps hoping at least to recover the discount if bang to rights.

With a blue badge they probably will grant it.

But the hire firm will probably charge an admin fee.

Did you display the clock with the blue badge?

I need help please,
I was ticketed a week ago after attending a relative son birthday party with my son who’s autistic and has a disability.

I displayed the blue badge with time stamp visible on a double yellow line.

To my surprise, i received a pcn on my dash. I looked through the council website to find out the reason why i was ticketed, but the reason was just absurd. There was no sign whatsoever in the council image and I wasn’t obstructing.

Unfortunately i couldn’t find the pcn when i try to challenge the pcn, I looked through their website but i was shocked with what i read!! The response from their site is as follows:-

If you have lost your PCN, you must wait for the letter we send you when the PCN is not paid 28 days after it's issued.

You’ll get a:

‘notice to owner’ letter for an on-street parking offence
‘charge certificate’ letter for a moving traffic offence
‘enforcement notice’ letter for a bus lane offence
Paying the lower charge

Losing your PCN means you cannot pay the PCN within 14 days. This means you cannot pay the 50% discounted charge.

You can complete and return the ‘making representations’ form included in your letter. On the form, tell us that you lost your PCN and we will consider letting you pay the lower amount.

The problem now is, the car in question is a hirer car, and the hirer company would add additional admin charge when passing the Charge certificate to me.

Is there something i can do in order to get the pcn info?

I would appreciate any help i can get.
