Apologies for the lack of details, TBH unfortunately we drove into a restricted road without seeing the signs so was looking for some technical points that I could appeal against.

All PCNs can be challenged, it is your lawful right.

Please advise the vehicle reg so that people can look at the video.  Also post the rear of the PCN, there may be errors in the small print that could give a get out.
