Hello again,

I have received a PCN for the same location as my previous post - https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/pcn-newham-council-contravention-code-40/30/

My vehicle was unfortunately towed, However this time the council have rejected my appeal and provided a TMO from 2007 for the location. Can the council use an older TMO?

Recent TMO was kindly provided by @cp8759
Notice of rejection letters have been attached but only limited to 4 pictures.
