Hello!
Parked in residents' bay. No excuse, thought it was fine on a Sunday.
I've read through this (https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/westminster-pcn-12r-code-parking-in-a-residents-bay) and see the demand for payment on the reps page so I'm thinking to let it go to tribunal and appeal on that basis?
I haven't made any appeals yet.
