Title: Re: Southall - charge certificate - 02

Date of contravention - 13 June
CC issued - 28 July.

The CC was issued in July, 28 days or so after the PCN.

The photos suggest the PCN was issued by post because the driver either drove away or prevented service. Your opening post made no reference to this. I suggest you get back to the driver and post all relevant issues.

The PCN was issued because the car was parked on DYL where loading restrictions were in effect. Nothing to do with loading bays.

Charge Certificate (CC - not PCN) issued 28th July.

They need to be checking the online status of the PCN for application for Order of Recovery.
For the process now see

You need to post the front of the charge certificate, blanking only name and address.

Are the name and address correct on the charge certificate.

Updated - seems i uploaded the same file by mistake.

The address is correct as well as the name
