I meant the appeal so you have answered it. I would guess the meither and costs of defending it in court would likely outweigh the fine!

Depends what you mean by a 'chance'. If you mean 'will they accept an appeal and cancel?' then the answer is very likely 'no', but the same may well have been true had you received the original notice.
If you mean 'can I defend the charge', then it's impossible to say without much more info.

Afternoon,
I've had a 'Reminder' today of a PCN that was apparently issued on the 26th of September.
I have never recieved the first PCN, do I have any chance with this one? Not sure how I can prove I didn't recieve something!
