Can you please modify your heading to include the location. This is a very common location for PCNs and it makes searches easier

The video shows nobody behind you. Frankly, although Lambeth have sometimes served some really dodgy PCNs here, I think yours is about the best example I've seen of the contravention being made out.

Only hope here is a paperwork issue. The contravention is there.

Hi, hope someone can advise. I received this PCN for failing to give way to oncoming vehicles. Looking at the middle picture on the 2nd page the car I should have given way to had just turned on to the road and was a considerable distance away as I reached the give way sign. At that point I was committed as you can see I had a car behind me! Thanks for any advice
