Hello I received enforcement notice. I have taken a week to reply with a post here as I suffered a family bereavement.

Please advise what I should do now.

I had something similar before where my car was wrongly towed in Waltham Forest. I had to take it all the way to court. but with the help of IvanLeo, won. Of course. He's a genius.

Dear Council

I challenge this PCN as follows:

1. The video does not support the alleged contravention as no upright signage allegedly passed is present.

2. I put you to strict proof that the camera has authorisation.

Please cancel the PCN.

Ah ah! My favourite bus lane.  I will be back with a draft later once I have viewed the video. I have won all cases v them as, very simply, they never attend for one thing. They have to in this legislation.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I have read the sticky and hope I have posted everything as it needs to be. If not please let me know and I will remedy it.

I received this PCN from London Borough of Waltham Forest. The alleged offence was on 02.08.2025 at 16:49
Going into a bus lane on Whips Cross Road. I thought I was making a left turn at the junction.

I would appreciate any help with this please.
