There should be local signs with event days on.
Possibly on Zone entrance signs
Event day PCNs have been won on lack of clear signage before but have to be argued carefully.

Richmond Kew I would assume Richmond are the authority.
They seem to have two event zones.... one for Kew Gardens and one for Twickenham

I live 'out of area'.

I occasionally travel to Richmond/Kew.

On the Kew side of Kew Bridge, there are some roads with mention of extended hours when it is an event day.

How the hell as an 'outsider' would you know where to find the 'events'? 


I know that it's likely related to Brentford FC, but nowhere does signage mention where to find the events?  (I'd look on the BFC website at their fixtures,, or look at Fotmob)


Question is - my pensioner parents come down from 'up north' and park up - how are they going to know?
