Welcome. We have won 3 cases in the last year or so. This is infamous. I will look at he video later. Meanwhile I have a technical appeal to be tested - well, actually, it already has, in part.

Hi All

I rarely go to Harrow.  Do I have any grounds to challenge this PCN or shall I remit payment?  I've left the reg on the ticket so you can access the video on Harrows website.
