Oh dear, that hardy annual we see so often, Station Parade, Barking, appears again !
Unfortunately, GSV is not totally up-to-date in this area, but even so it will be of great help if you can give us your route that took you into and out of Station Parade, plus the PCN Number and your car registration. We can then go and look at the evidence on B & D's website.
The PCN is absolutely nothing to to with HGVs over 7.5 tonnes. There is a fairly well established 'No Vehicles' along part of Station Parade that you seem to have fallen foul of. The signs used are the usual "Flying Motorbike" signs. Here they are as you come up to Station Parade from Cambridge Street and turn right : -

There seems to be no advance warning of this right-turn ban on Cambridge Street
Except, of course, that this view is November 2020, the latest GSV view so unless we can see photos taken recently it is difficult to give advice.
What is the source of the photos you have posted ?

Hi there mate, sorry for the confusion in my post I realise now that it wasn’t worded the best. I’ll attach the photo of the back now. Cheers

Ok, I haven't got adblock on atm and it didn't let me scroll down. I first read your post thinking you were done for going past the 7.5t sign, which as a professional driver myself, astounded me that you even came to complain. My mistake.
Post the back and hopefully the council have got something wrong in the writing of the PCN. Google street view isn't really helpful, it jumps between 2020 and 2022.

You're gonna have to post the front and back of the PCN for us to be able to assist you - Remove any personal info
Regarding your point of a why not have a no entry sign, that is a no entry sign. A circle sign with a red border is sign that prohibits something. In this case, it's anything with a 7.5 mgw or over. Considering you have been fined for failing to comply, you're a professional driver with at least a C1. Why would you even follow waze blindly - it's made for cars.

Hi there, I’ve gone down this road and it is saying that I have failed to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicle. I was following Waze at the time and it was directing me through this route and as you turn the corner it states no entry for vehicles which are 7.5T or bigger. Is there any point in me fighting this? This seems like another way for the council to just make more money otherwise why not have a big no entry sign on the road? Any help is much appreciated. Thankyou
