You don’t have to identify the driver in England or Wales either.

You will be aware that under Scots law there is no mechanism via which liability for the charge can be transferred from the driver to the keeper.

Hello,

I received a notice to keeper parking charge. I remember previously that you did not have to tell the parking company who the driver was in Scotland and they couldn't or wouldn't usually hold the keeper liable. Is that still the case?
