Title: Re: Haringey, code 12(r) on Sunday match day, Ennis Road N4, Finsbury Park

Nowhere on Haringey's CPZ website pages do they say which type of fixtures require a permit and which do not.
Well, the website does link to the address you found but it goes on to say:

To ensure you do not miss any fixtures, Arsenal has also set up an automated calendar download service (external link) (https://www.arsenal.com/calendar) to notify supporters and local residents when match dates are set. Alternatively, please ring the Arsenal switchboard on 020 7619 5003.

Please note:
• Some events take place at Arsenal's stadium that are not listed in their football fixtures calendar - for example, concerts, rugby matches etc.
• Please refer to the parking signs within the Finsbury Park CPZs that show the dates and times of upcoming events
Details of events in Finsbury Park are listed in our what's on calendar. (https://www.haringey.gov.uk/whatson)

Did you simply stop reading at the first link? Or did you check the other two?

In the meantime I'll find out if they updated the signs.

@wignula you've paid the PCN so that's the end of the matter. If you pay a PCN it would be helpful if you told us, so that we don't waste time investigating it.

The photos won't zoom.
Although website errors can assist with any appeal, there should have been the match date on the signs as you enter the zone; was the date there ?

If the match date was there you haven't much to go on because the law is that the sign is what you must obey. They cannot demand that motorists access their website when turning in or parking.
Title: Haringey, code 12(r) on Sunday match day, Ennis Road N4, Finsbury Park

I have received a parking ticket for parking without a permit on a Sunday that was a match day for Arsenal

Details
On Sundays, parking is free in the Finsbury Park area, Haringey, unless there is an event in Finsbury Park or there is a match on at Arsenal.

This is the info on their website: https://www.haringey.gov.uk/parking-roads-and-travel/parking/controlled-parking-zones-cpzs/finsbury-park-finsbury-park-b-and-c-cpzs

And after checking the fixtures link (provided by Haringey) I found no matches for the day I parked my car. This is what Haringey's website says: "For details on Arsenal events please visit the Arsenal Football Club website (https://www.arsenal.com/fixtures)."

The link takes the user to a page that is pre-filtered to the Men's games only.

However, I received a parking ticket under Contravention Code 12r and when I checked the Arsenal fixtures link again, I found that if you select 'All' from the filter dropdown, it shows that there was a women's game on that date. This is the reason for the ticket. Nowhere on Haringey's CPZ website pages do they say which type of fixtures require a permit and which do not.

Haringey website does say to check for signage but, in their info, they direct users to the Arsenal fixtures link, which displays an incorrect list of fixtures.

Images from PCN are here (note, there is no council-taken photo of the signage that has the actual match dates on it, which is at the entrance to the road but high up and fairly small)

Here is the PCN location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/99id2pxavBqTfKrv9

My question is whether providing confusing/incorrect information in their website CPZ information could provide cause for appealing this, or whether I should just pay it.
