Title: Re: Westminster conduit street - code 02 parked or loading/unloading in a restricted street

According to the contravention unloading is not permitted where you were.

If we see the council photos and can see the loading markings and applicable traffic signs showing that the restriction was in effect then the contravention is proved.

The SYL is present in the photos as are the single kerb blips and the No Loading 11am-Midnight sign.

Did you not see these or was it just a case of not understanding?

I arrived at the location at 17:19 and the order was completed at 17:23. the proof and the PCN is below. The 14 days since the pcn is over as it has been 18 days. is there any way i can still appeal this.
