Your best bet is to challenge the will / may issue and hope that they don't deal with it in the notice of rejection, as you can then get them on a failure to consider.

I can't see a defence to the substantive contravention unless you think something has changed with the signage at this location?

Hi folks,
My partner got a PCN for Being in a Bus Lane. I am aware there is a "Will/May" flaw in the PCN but from looking at past representations it looks as if tribunal hasn't always seen this as a fatal error.
