You still have not shown us the original PCN. Reminders and useless debt recovery letters are only useful as kindling.
If you can't show us the original, then come back when you receive a Letter of Claim (LoC).

Hello, I had to search for this one. The original letter I had was from CP plus on 10/02/22 which is attached. The duration of stay was almost 3 hours. Following that received letter from DEBT RECOVERY PLUS and then from CST law and now from DCBL. wondering how many companies are chasing me for same thing or they all the same .
Really appreciate your advice.
Thanks

Received another DCBL letter for parking contravention...
As we have no idea what you received before the "another" letter arrived, you may want to show us the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) you received that is root of these irrelevant and useless DCBL debt recovery letters. Debt collectors are powerless to do anything except to try and persuade the low-hanging fruit on the gullible tree to pay up out of ignorance and fear.
So, show us the PCN from CP Plus which would have originally either been a windscreen Notice to Driver (NtD) or a postal Notice to Keeper (NtK). Leave all dates and times visible.

This is in the wrong sub-forum. I'll ask a mod to move it.
BTW 18/12/21 was a Tuesday. Why did you think it was a bank holiday?
Because 28/12/21 was a bank holiday.
25/12/21 was a Saturday, 26/12/21 was a Sunday, so Monday & Tuesday were both bank holidays.

Hello,
Received another DCBL letter for parking contravention from 28/12/2021 at Prospect Place, Dartford. The letter only mentions the date, which I believed was a Bank holiday, and that parking was free for 4 hours at the site. I don't remember if I overstayed. Attached are the PCN letter and the customer parking notice. Should I respond to the letter or wait to see their next move? will appreciate your assistance. many thanks
