But they may choose to let their contractor handle it who may well be doing exactly what they are contracted to do. If you were allowed to park where you parked why did you get a ticket on the windscreen? We need imagesof what was put on the windscreen and pictures of the signage is the car park.

Also, if they own the car park then they are responsible for anyone they choose to hire to “manage” the car park.

Got a PCN from Armtrac this morning

My car was parked in a Doctor's carpark while I was inside getting my blood pressure checked and I was talking to someone

Ticket was for £60 ( rising to £100)

Asked at doctor's but they say it's a private matter as they don't run the carpark although they own it

Any advice greatly appreciated

I haven't had a letter just a sticker on the window with a receipt
