Got a PCN from Armtrac this morning
My car was parked in a Doctor's carpark while I was inside getting my blood pressure checked and I was talking to someone
Ticket was for £60 ( rising to £100)
Asked at doctor's but they say it's a private matter as they don't run the carpark although they own it
Any advice greatly appreciated
I haven't had a letter just a sticker on the window with a receipt
