Yes I used the Chan and Akande transcripts. Did you want me to upload the other pages of the allocation?

I am quite worried about it going to court!

Really? Was about the other pages of the Allocation Notice? A bit late showing the N1SDT Claim Form. Obviously you defended. However, which defence did you use? There are two versions. For the claim you have shown us, you should have used the CPR 16.4(1)(a) with the attached Chan and Akande transcripts.

Also, why on earth have you posted your personal details, the claim number and your MCOL password without redacting them?

I have a pretty much identical case with Gladstones that is supposedly going to court on 29th Sep.
I defended it exactly as this thread recommended (thank you everyone) and have attached further docs.
Do I need to be worried?
