Two on-street PCNs. First in April, the other last week. Plus the one actually in the car park.
Fine

Can you please tell us why you've started another thread, as you have one going already. Are they for two separate PCNs because the title is identical ?

It's not a car park but an earlier one of two on-street contraventions.

It seems the OP is just parking without paying. If the discount is on offer best to pay I reckon.

Sorry, but it's not clear what you want us to do. If you want advice on whether to take them to London Tribunals or just pay-up, can you please give is a lot more information on what you did when parking in this car park. Did you for instance rush off and pay remotely from the car park ? Time has always been allowed to buy a parking ticket, and this extends to those paying using an app on their mobile, if not time was allowed, nobody could ever park legally in a pay car park. However, the time interval between parking and actually buying the parking tariff needs to be reasonable in the circumstances. We do see a lot of PCNs where the driver had left the car park before using his app.

Hi,
I received this NTO. I attempted to contest this ticket on the past on the basis that there was no observation period since I was not even given time to buy a ticket. It was rejected and now I am here with a NTO. I thought my contest made sense I have attached the rejection here as well.
