Video starts beyond the point and I cannot see anything that obscures the sign behind apart from the car

Who was driving is irrelevant. Responsibility for appealing or paying is the owner/keeper as per your V5C Registration Certificate for the car.

Here is GSV latest, (2022).

Assuming no sign changes, there is a single NLT sign easily obscured as you can see. No sign on the right, and one on the far side of Fulham Palace Road. For me, this is not adequate signage that the council are obliged to erect under Regulation 18 of LATOR 1996.  Whether it's worth a punt at London Tribunals is another matter.

Have a look at the video using PCN Number and car reg. Is the sign on the left obstructed ?

Fulham and Hammersmith PCN

Hi Team - I received the following PCN - "The London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham believes that you are liable to pay a Penalty charge with respect to the above vehicle for the following traffic contravention:- 50r-Performing a prohibited turn - no right turn".

They have shared a video and pic, it is clearly my bad that I did not notice any sign and took a blatant right turn where I should not have, is there any benefit is challenging it as it is very blatant that it is a mistake.
Just wanted to check as I am not sure if the standard response of evidence would do any good, no idea on LTK clause as PCN does not identify who was driving.

Any suggestions, I am thinking of availing the 80£ discounted price but wanted to take forum's advise.
