If the mandatory traffic sign is in place then, as regards the contravention, IMO you're bang to rights. What you did - momentary stop- is one of the activities targeted by a 'no stopping' prohibition.

Hi, I have received PCN from Wandsworth Council, I've dropped off to some one else then immediately move on.

So before i appeal can anyone offer any advise on appealing please?
