What you guys advise?
Short story long I have rented through property agency a parking bay for the past 7 months and once I forgot to display my permit and they fine me, appealed and told them that I rented the bay for the past 7 months, attached my permit and the email conversation with the agency, They still refused to cancel the PCN.
