Submit reps explaining what happened, and say that you paid the first PCN, but were unaware of the retriction until the first PCN arrived, so say that you think it is a rather large penalty bearing in mind you didn't know you were contravening the restriction and ask that the remaining PCNs be cancelled. Make sure your reps are non-confrontational.

Hi everyone, I’ve already paid the first fine and I’m planning to appeal the remaining three PCNs today.
I’d really appreciate any advice or tips if you’ve been in a similar situation.
Thank you in advance for your help!

I received a PCN under code 53C – Failing to comply with a restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian and cycle zone at Wendell Park School – Stronsa Rd southbound junction with Cobbold Rd.
The notice arrived approximately a week after the alleged contravention, by which time I had unknowingly made the same error multiple times and received several fines.
Unfortunately, I was not aware of the restriction until I received the first notice.
Given the circumstances and delay in notification, I would like to ask:
Is there a possibility of paying only the first fine as a gesture of good faith, since I was not promptly made aware of the initial contravention?
Thank you in advance!

Please re-read the link Incandescent posted - an over-redacted front page of a PCN needs fleshing out with more info., especially where there are multiple PCNs.
Please post up all sides of the 1st PCN (only redact yr name & address - leave all else in,
a GSV link to the location,
and a timeline of the remaining PCNs (assuming the location and contravention are identical to the 1st) with
date time and PCN number for each.
Also check on H&F's website for any more PCNs issued agaiinst yr Reg Mark but not received.

There is a possibility of only paying the first PCN. However, before more advice can be given, can you please read this and update your thread accordingly : -

The notice arrived approximately a week after the alleged contravention, by which time I had unknowingly made the same error multiple times and received several fines.
Unfortunately, I was not aware of the restriction until I received the first notice. To make matters more confusing, two of the fines occurred on a weekend, and I have been unable to clearly view the restriction times or signage online via Google Street View.
Given the circumstances and delay in notification, I would like to ask:
Is there a possibility of paying only the first fine as a gesture of good faith, since I was not promptly made aware of the initial contravention?
Could you advise if the restriction applies seven days a week, including weekends?
Thank you in advance!
