The video gives no scope for any argument in my opinion.  It's a textbook box junction contravention.

If to fight this, you'd need a technical flaw by Bexley.

Today I received a PCN notice from Bexley Borough, London, for stopping in a junction box. Looking for some advice on whether it's worth challenging this? Really appreciate your expert advice.
