For meaningful advice, please to have a read of
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

and post here all sides of the unredacted PCN, any council photos, and a GSV link to the location.

I suspect if all is in order the fault is hers rather than the Council's,

BUT

Some of our experts are v.good at finding errors in Southwark's process, so wait a bit, but do not miss deadline (date of PCN?).
Title: Southwark Council PCN
Post by: Treborsweet on June 29, 2025, 08:39:19 am
Hi i have received PCN from Southwark Council, i was doing some work for a resident and she purchased a victual parking permit (buy online for temporary parking) for me for 5 hours.

Upon returning to my vehicle i had a parking ticket PCN, i took it back to her and she checked the virtual permit she bought for me and she had put her sons registration in instead which had a similar registration at the end.

On phones or laptops when you enter a registration more than once it is held for easier input next time, as i was working there all week it appears on her phone.

So she simply pressed the wrong registration, leaving me without a parking permit at the time of the PCN.

So before i appeal can anyone offer any advise on appealing?

Many Thanks.
