@badrav I have no idea what you expect anyone to do with that. Your documents are so ridiculously over-redacted that there is literally nothing we can do to help you because we have no idea of what (if anything) has happened so far, and we cannot give advice based on guesswork. If you'd read the guidance on https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/ that might have helped, but I suspect it's too late.

I did send you a PM on 13 July and as far as I can see you never responded.

Frankly you only have yourself to blame.

Can you ring TFL again and ask them to send you a dvd player to play it on (and ask them to put the case on hold again while they do so).  I'm being semi serious...

As with yr other thread, please re-post the front page and also GSV link and video. (You have to ring TfL and ask them to post it to you and to place enforcement on hold while they send it out.)

Apparently prohibited right turn. Signage not clear saying it was prohibited and says £160 to start :'(
