Thanks. It’s London met. I’ve found the contact form on their website. If anyone has a number I’d appreciate it. Want to make sure a response is received before that 28 day deadline so I don’t miss the chance of a speed awareness course.

Thanks for responding. There were no contact details on the NIP form. Any idea how I can find a number? I've been googling but not turned up anything. Is it best to call the station in the area where the offence occurred? Is there a usually a timeframe within which people receive a response?
I've just looked at my local forces (Met and Surrey) and both let you enquire via their website, so that's worth a try.
A google search for "surrey police central ticket office" leads you to a phone number.
Anyway, if you tell us the force someone on here may have a number.
Most people seem to hear within 3-4 weeks at most.

Probably nothing to worry about, but you can phone the ticket office.

Advice please!
Offence date 29.05.25 (27mph in 20mph zone)
First offence. Licence held for 6 years
NIP dated 06.06.25 received 09.06.25. Completed and returned via first class post same day. Got a proof of postage receipt and scanned the completed form as proof before sending. Its now 28.06.25 and no response received. There were no details on the form stating when I can expect a response or who to follow up with. Starting to worry that the form was not received. What can I do now?
