I can't see you can get out of the contraventions if this is a public road.
Be aware that Havering does not reoffer the discount on even informal rejections.
So we need to assess how good the location error is.

Please post up any photos which Havering have put on line.
Wrong location may be fatal to a PCN.

Normally wrong location is fatal to enforcement of a PCN. In your reps you should state that at no time were you parked on Gaynes Park Road. They cannot reissue the PCNs. However, to get a result, (and this is not guaranteed, I'm afraid), you would have to take them to London Tribunals and risk the full PCN penalty.
I am astonished you didn't know about the London-wide ban on parking off-carriageway. This has been in place since the 70s and requires no lines or signs.

Banged to rights, pavement parking ban applies the grass verge as well. I can see there is a fence which shows the public highway boundary.
No harm making a representation in case they messed up.
Put the draft here before sending.

Hi,
I hope you are all well.
My wife and I went to watch our granddaughter's sports day in separate vehicles and we both parked on a grass verge where a number of other cars were parked. Upon leaving, my wife and I both had PCNs (see attached photos). There are no signs, no yellow lines, no visible parking restrictions, etc.
Moreover, our PCNs state that the alleged contravention took place in Gaynes Park Road but we were parked in Little Gaynes Lane which is before the junction of Gaynes Park Road, so the location on the PCNs is incorrect.

Based on the above and incorrect location do we have grounds to appeal?
Thank you for any help.
