Looks like the view is prior to the signs being erected.

On 17th June 2025, while travelling to work via a new route, I unknowingly entered a restricted area. The PCN was issued at 08:15:15. Having reviewed the footage, I can now see that the restriction came into effect from 08:15:00.

I wasn’t aware that the signage was there and was blindly following my GPS, which didn't flag any restrictions. I entered the area purely for my route to work and had no intention of violating the rules.

If anyone could assist me in writing a strong appeals letter to contest these PCNs

Post Requesting Assistance with PCN Appeal

Hi everyone,

I need some help with drafting an appeal for a PCN. On 17th June 2025, while travelling to work via a new route, I unknowingly entered a restricted area. The PCN was issued at 08:15:15. Having reviewed the footage, I can now see that the restriction came into effect from 08:15:00.

I wasn’t aware that the signage was there and was blindly following my GPS, which didn't flag any restrictions. I entered the area purely for my route to work and had no intention of violating the rules.

If anyone could assist me in writing a strong appeals letter to contest these PCNs, I would be very grateful. Thank you in advance for your help!
