TfL accepted the Reps.
Did not ask to even pay the £4, which I did offer. :)
can you post your reps.

You have done very well, congratulations ! I think the fact you set up an auto-pay account probably swung it, plus the new tolls on what was once toll-free.

Tried to pay within 3 days, but when going to set up the account (after 11pm) it kept timing out and by the time i set it up, it went over 3 days.
So after midnight, I could no longer pay for the day I went through :(

Did you try and pay the charge within 3 days or were you setting up autopay in the hope it would pay a retrospective charge (it won't).
-
Yes, the autopay account has been established.
Will stress the timing out and proof of trying to pay!
I assume there is not much to go on really is there?
I know in the early days, they exercised discretion, but not sure if they will now though.

First off, have you now established an autopay account ? If so then be sure to emphasise this when writing your reps. Also mention the website timing out. Be sure to mention that you are willing to pay the unpaid toll.

Hello!
I have been struck with the Blackwall Tunnel PCN!
My first time using the tunnel.
Furthermore, I was actually going to pay, but as I was setting up the account late at night, the website kept timing out (which I did not take screenshots for).
I set up the autopay service, but they sent the validation email well after midnight, so I missed the cut off.

Is there anything (besides asking poliltely and showing attempt to pay by way of their own automated emails) that could be done?
Thanks!
