PCN number is AG48881335 ,

It's a residential area and didn't cross my mind that at 8pm there would be restrictions.

What is PCN number.

Sign is annoying as there are two times starting with Monday. If this is the sign did you just miss the Mon-Sun times?

Monday at night there is apparently parking restrictions here and received a ticket. Any advice really appreciated.

Vehicle reg is MV10CDU i had edited it out without realising that it should be left viewable.
